Director of Finance (Jacksonville, FL) - The major responsibility of this position is to work with senior management of the company to develop and plan the goals, objectives and strategies of the company and to execute these plans with discipline in order to rise above crisis management. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining a process of identifying, measuring, accumulating, analyzing, preparing, interpreting and communicating financial information to be used to plan, evaluate and control the company’s resources. These responsibilities require the position to work effectively with other senior management, outside auditors, board of directors, corporate council and the company’s financial institutions.


Customer Service Manager (Jacksonville, FL) – To direct customer service personnel in a manner that will produce knowledgeable, competent, and timely performance of all the department’s responsibilities. This includes writing instruments, Namiki and promotional products.


Sr. Marketing Research Analyst (Jacksonville, FL) – The Sr. Marketing Research Analyst will lead core reporting and analysis functions for the Company. The Sr. Analyst will closely collaborate with both Marketing and Sales to provide key data regarding strategic business issues for the organization and complete the Knowledge Inventory to identify learning gaps, and develop/maintain the Brand Learning Plan to prioritize issues and plans long term.


Pricing Specialist (Jacksonville, FL) – Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales Administration by working in various capacities to perform essential functions of the Sales Administration department.
